How to obtain Free Shipping?

If your total purchase is above $50, FREE Standard Shipping will be available for you to select when you checkout.

When will my order be shipped? When will I receive my order?

Once we receive your payment, the order processing normally takes 24 hours, but might take up to 3-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Customs fees

In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Blush & Suede  has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Note: These shipping times may sometimes change due to uncontrollable external factors such as when the orders arrive at your country's customs.

Will I receive a tracking number?

For All Shipping Orders, a tracking number will be sent via email when your order has been shipped. Please be patient! And also please be sure to check your junk folder in case our email has been filtered. If you have not received your tracking number after 3 days please feel free to email us!

How Can I track my Order?

We suggest you track your order using 17 Track ( https://www.17track.net/en/)

If the tracking results are in Chinese, you can click the bottom right-hand corner box (where it says “Target Language: English” to translate the tracking into English.

Why do I have several tracking numbers?

Most of the time we will split the items into packages due to package weight restrictions. Therefore, there will be multiple tracking numbers if you ordered multiple items.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Most of the time we will split the items into packages due to package weight restrictions. So if you only received part of your order, do not worry as you will receive the rest of your order in another package or packages.

Why is my package stuck in China?

The tracking number will update only when it reaches your country because that is when someone is able to scan it, so it is most likely not stuck. Please do not worry.  It may sometimes take 1-2 business days to update.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If they have been shipped you cannot cancel.
